We have a contractual data swap agreement with DPIW. We are authorised users of DPIW data layers including TasMaps, TasVeg and major vectors including roads, drainage, contours etc. This allows our mapping to be readily incorporated into further planning and approval processes.
We have experience in all Tasmanian environments from coastal to alpine vegetation in all regions of the State.
We sit on the Tasmanian Threatened Species Protection Act 1995, Scientific Advisory Committee (P. Barker), the TASVEG Scientific Advisory Committee (A. North), and CARSAG the RFA’s CAR Scientific Advisory Group (P. Barker). As members of these scientific groups we have participated in the development of all of Tasmania’s conservation priorities. Consequently we have a detailed understanding of the basis for the priorities and the priorities themselves.
Comprehensive desktop analysis and risk assessment are basic to our standard operating procedures. We provide rigorous technical and statistical analysis.
We can promise advanced project planning and management skills based on our record and are reliable in meeting deadlines.
We carry Public Liability insurance of $10 million and Professional Indemnity of $1 million.
